What is the weekend registration cost?

EARLY BIRD – $65 / Available now October 19th- December 1st | REGULAR PRICING – $75 / Available December 2nd – January 17th

What does the weekend registration cost include?

The weekend registration cost will include admission for 3 main sessions as well as breakout sessions. Additional package options at registration include Saturday lunch option and Tshirt option.

Do you offer a discount to youth pastors?

What meals are provided throughout the weekend?

There is a Saturday lunch package option for purchase at registration. This lunch will be provided (to only those who have purchased) on Saturday, following session 2. No other meals throughout the weekend will be provided.

What is each church group leader responsible for when preparing for Encounter Weekend?

Church groups are responsible for lodging, transportation, small group settings and meals for the weekend (Saturday lunch meal package is available for purchase). Encounter will provide small group material for your small group sessions. Please check out the main schedule for planning.

Will small group material be provided for the weekend?

Yes. We will provide the small group material that will go along with the theme.

Will I be able to attend with my child?

Absolutely! We have single session passes available for parents that want to stick around. We also have volunteer opportunities available and encourage parents to serve the students by partnering with us. Email us at enctr.events@gmail.com for more information.

Will there be a merch table?

Yes! Encounter Events will have a merch table setup in the lobby for purchasing Encounter shirts and gear. There will also be merch tables for performing artists and speakers.
